摘要: Summary 1.The growth potential of normal rat liver was tested by means the tissue culture method. Under experimental conditions used, found to be an inverse proportional function age animal. 2.The regenerating independent animal and same order magnitude as that young animals. 3.The restorative effect regeneration on old animals outlasted regenerative process itself still apparent 1 month after completion regeneration. 4.Differences in morphology organization colonies at different ages were described their relationship considered. 5.The significance these results with respect general physiology carcinogenesis discussed.
