摘要: Den drei klassischen Zelltypen des Hypophysenvorderlappens: eosinophilen, basophilen und chromophoben Zellen stehen heute mindestens 6 isolierte Hormone gegenuber: 1. das somatotrope Hormon (STH) 2. das schilddrusenstimulierende (TSH) 3. das corticotrope (ACTH) 4. das follikelstimulierende (FSH) 5. das zwischenzellstimulierende (ICSH oder LH) 6. Luteotropin Prolactin (LTH). Die Existenz eines melanocysten-stimulierenden Hormons (MSH), einer exophtalmusauslosenden Substanz (EPS) erythropoetischen Faktors (EPF) gilt auserdem als gesichert.
