摘要: Background: Many educators have had little or no preparation in the design, delivery evaluation of workshops.Methods: This faculty development intervention consisted a workshop on Developing Successful Workshops; workbook to guide independent study; and peer consultations. Program included immediate delayed post-workshop evaluations, tracking site-specific activities, assessment self-perceived efficacy.Results: Participants found very useful, highlighting learner needs, goal-setting, “matching” objectives content methods, use structured framework as most beneficial. Nine months after intervention, seven eleven participants conducted their own settings. Self-assessment skills design also increased.Conclusion: A Workshops can help understand principles delivery.
