摘要: The fabrication and optimization of plasmonic nanostructures have many interesting important applications including advancements in surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS). One popular cost-effective method to fabricate nanopatterns is by a colloid template. By combining close-packed monolayer dynamic shadowing growth, we demonstrate that variety nanopatterns, such as nano-triangles, nano-cup triangles, hexagonal holes, dual can be fabricated varying vapor deposition angle, the substrate azimuthal rotation, well evaporation configuration. Especially when two-source evaporator used, triangles with different shapes compositions are simultaneously formed. formation these predicted numerical Monte Carlo simulations. In addition, visible localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) patterns tuned systematically changing conditions colloidal monolayer. Their properties understood through finite-difference time-domain tunability LSPR used design optimized for SERS.
