End-capped carbosiloxane dendrimers with cholesterol and pyridine derivatives

摘要: Abstract Dendritic carbosilanes containing 48 and 96 cholesterol as well pyridine derivatives on the periphery have been prepared. Low generations in inner shell were prepared by use of iterative hydrosilation with dichloromethyl silane alcoholysis allyl alcohol. The dendrimers reaction SiCl group parent (G4-48Cl G5-96Cl) HOR (HOR=cholesterol, p -pyridinepropanol, -pyridinealdoxime) presence TMEDA.
