摘要: The Rauwolfia alkaloid, ajmalicine, has been found to have broad application in the treatment of circulatory diseases, especially relief obstruction normal cerebral blood flow. In combination with other alkaloids it used lower high pressure. Annually an estimated 3500 kg ajmalicine are isolated from natural sources, by pharmaceutical industries worldwide, for therapeutic use these diseases. To date, occur as a product 20 species genus Rauwolfia, four Catharanthus, two Mitragyne and Paus-inystalia yohirribe, Stemmadenia obovata (13). For industrial purposes is extracted dried roots. However, can also be prepared alkaloid serpentine reduction BH- 4. Since there overall shortage drugs, increasing being made method. roots fast growing Catharanthus roseus low amounts but relatively large produced. This latter compound first then converted ajmalicine. biosynthesis clarified isotope incorporation studies using differentiated plants C. (11, 4, 24). biosynthetic sequence shown Figure 1 involves condensation tryptamine iridoid glycoside, secologanin give vincoside (19) which subsequently, several unknown steps, transformed finally oxidized serpentine.
