摘要: There is a blossoming of voluntary certification initiatives for sustainable agro-food products and production processes. With these come traceability in supply chains, to guarantee the sustainability consumed. No systematic analysis exists systems chains. Hence, purpose this article analyze prevalence four different sustainability; identify factors that determine kind applied particular chains; assess what emergence economic market logics mean sustainability. Two conclusions are drawn. Globalizing markets induces book-and-claim systems, but other three (identity preservation, segregation mass balance) will continue exist as drive requirements Secondly, itself becoming driven by logics, may have consequences chains future.
