摘要: Abstract Dark- and photo-current measurements are used to study trap characteristics optical de-trapping processes in anthracene samples provided with alkali alkaline-earth metal contacts. The spectral response of the photocurrent yield entire photon-energy range studied (0.95–3.4 eV) originates from excitation electrons a single discrete set traps which is continuously filled by electron injection active contact. 0.95 eV deep present density about 1013 cm−3. De-trapping appears occur direct photoexcitation into conduction band at long wavelengths interaction occupied triplet singlet excitons shorter wavelengths. curve exhibits considerable structure can be advantageously various electronic-vibronic states anthracene.
