摘要: Abstract Understanding the effects of helium on microstructures and mechanical properties reduced-activation ferritic-martensitic steels is important to use these in fusion reactor structures. The 9Cr-2WVTa were doped with 58Ni 60Ni isotopes at 2 weight percent control rate transmutation generation. samples irradiated High Flux Isotope Reactor ~24 displacements per atom nominal temperatures 300, 400, 500°C, producing 228 7 atomic parts-per-million 58Ni- 60Ni-doped samples, respectively. Transmission electron microscopy revealed a variety precipitates radiation-induced dislocation loops cavities (voids or bubbles). Tensile tests irradiation showed hardening 300°C softening 400°C. Analysis indicates that primarily originated from cavities. 58Ni-doped had greater strengthening contributions cavities, leading higher lower ductility than samples. production did not show pronounced reductions
