摘要: Nineteen patients with meningococcal purpura were studied. Arterial hypotension, absence of meningeal signs, coma, normal or low white blood cell count, and cerebrospinal fluid count signs severe illness. Some degree consumptive coagulopathy, a rate fibrinolysis, activation platelets release their clotting antiplasmin factors documented. Heparin was administered to all in dosage adapted the platelet count. The mortality this series 2 19; other had complete recovery.
