摘要: Abstract Experiments were conducted to determine individually the effects of dietary PCBs on physiologic functions vitamin E and selenium. Results showed that did not affect function in protection biological membranes. However, decrease utilization selenium as measured by glutathione peroxidase activity plasma membranes from peroxidation. These results indicate potentiate E-selenium deficiency chick interference with An hypothesis for mechanism this effect is offered.
