摘要: Objective. To study healing patterns of anogenital trauma in prepubescent children. Methods. A prospective 10-year was conducted 94 children who had and were followed to documented using a colposcope with 35-mm camera attachment. Results. The 13 boys 81 girls referred injuries as result sexual assault or trauma. Hymenal occurred 37 cases; 2 transections healed after surgery, 15 persisted unchanged. Partial tears, hymenal abrasions, hematomas completely minor nonspecific changes. Of the 47 posterior fourchette, 22 hematomas, tears completely; 12 vascular changes; developed labial fusions; 10 lacerations required surgery; 6 scarred 4 Only 39 cases perihymenal All 17 completely.
