摘要: Tube-shaped nanostructures (nanotubes) have a number of attributes that make them potentially useful for biomedical applications such as drug delivery/detoxification and enzyme immobilization. Template synthesis provides route preparing monodisperse nanotubes nearly any size composed material. We show here template-synthesized silica can be biochemically functionalized they act biocatalysts highly selective nano-phase extraction agents bioseparations. For example, containing an enantioselective antibody selectively extract the enantiomer molecule binds to antibody, relative has no specific interaction with antibody. Nanotubes glucose oxidase function nanophase bioreactors catalyze oxidation glucose.
