摘要: The present experiments were carried out to investigate the usefulness of measuring peripheral tissue metabolism for clinical assessment shock. Male Wistar/ST rats (8 weeks-old) used. All placed in a supine position while anesthetized. A tube arterial pressure and collecting blood samples was cannulated into femoral artery. For microdialysis, introducer inserted subcutaneous abdominal wall. Blood exsanguinated maintain mean at 40 +/- 5 mmHg. Mean pressure, gas serum lactate levels measured. Microdialysis performed quantify pyruvate tissue. Six died due hemorrhagic shock by 350 min (Group D) six had survived period after exsanguination A). These data obtained intervals 50 up 250 compared between Groups D. In Group A, did not increase throughout entire observation. Serum D transiently increased, but show dramatic during maintenance period. particular, increased again more than 150 following exsanguination. Lactate gradually significantly higher that min. L/P ratio remained fairly constant contrast, gradually, 100 It concluded continuous indicative circulatory failure an abnormality oxygen prior detection collapse compensatory mechanisms appearing vital signs. findings suggest is useful monitoring
