摘要: Abstract The objective of this research is to present a statistical study on negation in English. It will be focused particular type negation, the so-called no-negation and not-negation, specific discourse: spoken academic My hypotheses based other studies developed same topic: first, as an introduction our main study, I compare frequency usage these types between written discourse. hypothesis tat it higher former case. Secondly, we observe if not-negation more frequent than believe that may have some degree significance, not found any Hence, expect can provide initial approach useful for future studies.
