摘要: Abstract Expressions describing the temperature oscillations as a function of position are derived for one-dimensional multilayer structures. The heat flow is assumed to be sinusoidally modulated, and treatment includes transfer by radiation. form solution such that it readily integrated give signal voltage current from pyroelectric detector mounted on substrates given thermal properties.
