摘要: A vegtable oil fraction rich in non-tocolic, high-melting, unsaponifiable matter is prepared by the following steps: vegetable having a slip melting point of not more thatn 30° C. and content at least 0.5% weight hydrongenated to fully saturate fatty acids glycerides reach 57° To added from 1 75% unhydrogenated starting or another poing than order act as carrier vehicle for matter. Then, solvent mixture ratio between 1:2 1:20, heated transparency. The oil/-solvent-mixture cooled one steps final temperature range −35 +30° C., precipitated high-melting fraction(s) (are) filtered off. filtrate desolventised, leaving By this process very high concentrations particular higher unsaponifiables can be achieved, composition glyceridic part enriched betailored specific applications. Also, novel blood cholesterol-lowering effect constituents shea butter has been found.
