摘要: Histiocytic sarcoma is the most frequent hematopoietic tumor in rats. We report here a histiocytic infiltrating liver, spleen and pancreas from Wistar rat. In was associated with oval cell bile duct hyperplasia. The cells looked like neoplastic histocytic described this species but some particularities (e.g. lack of multinucleated giant cells). At immunohistochemistry, liver were vimentine positive lysozyme CD68 negative. kidney, lysozyme-positive cytoplasmic droplets observed. describe an atypical case rat we compare nature these to other species.
