摘要: Analysis of lineaments from satellite images normally includes the determination their orientation and density. The spatial variation in and/or number must be obtained by means a network cells, included each cell being analysed separately. program presented this work, LINDENS, allows density (number per km2 length km2) to estimated. It also provides tool for classifying contained different so that can represented frequency histograms rose diagrams. input file contain planar coordinates beginning end lineament. analysis is done creating square counting are within cell, have one ends or cross-cut boundary. lengths then calculated. To obtain representative map size fixed according to: (1) average lineament length; (2) distance between lineaments; (3) boundaries zones with low densities due lithology outcrop features. An example Neogene Duero Basin (Northern Spain) provided test reliability maps sizes.
