摘要: PEGylated gold nanoparticles with biotin moieties installed at the distal end of PEG tethered chains were prepared by autoreduction HAuCl4 catalyzed alpha-biotinyl-PEG-block-poly[2-(N,N-dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate] (biotinyl-PEG/PAMA) in aqueous medium room temperature. The size was controllable a range 6-13 nm changing initial Au3+/polymer ratio, while retaining their narrow distribution. dispersion stability extremely high even under condition salt concentration as I = 2.0. Biotinyl-PEG/PAMA-anchored underwent specific aggregation presence streptavidin, revealing promising utility colloidal sensing systems applicable biological condition.
