摘要: Abstract Biscogniauxia belongs to the family Graphostromataceae, and species have been found mainly as pathogens in dicotyledonous plants worldwide. Two endophytic strains, dendrobii sp. nov. B. petrensis were isolated from Dendrobium aphyllum D. harveyanum sampled southwestern China northern Thailand respectively. The conidiophores conidia used for morphological examination. maximum likelihood Bayesian analysis with ITS, TUB2, RPB2 LSU sequence data combined phylogenetic analyses identification. is introduced based on large DNA base pair differences (5.2%) size of conidia. Another known also illustrated described this study facilitate identification harveyanum. ethyl acetate crude extracts isolate showed moderate strong cytotoxic activity against A549 K562 using CCK8 assay (IC50 it 13.5 3.5 ug/ml respectively). This first report their cytotoxicity K562, all which enhances current knowledge genus Biscogniauxia.
