摘要: The therapeutic strategy used for elderly affected by malignant neoplasms should take into account the common variables present in oncological patients, and specific alteration of metabolism their possible morbidity. Ifosfamide is an active drug various tumors with elevated incidence elderly. We analyze principle criteria selection these patients alterations which correlates to aging consequences on pharmacokinetics ifosfamide. Finally, we propose clinical guidelines optimize use ifosfamide tumors.
