摘要: ER-α, a major estrogen receptor, is ligand-regulated factor that involved in the transcriptional control of various physiological processes, including cell proliferation (by inducing progression through G1 phase cycle estrogen-responsive tissues) and other effects appear to occur too rapidly be mediated by activation genes. Furthermore, increased levels cyclin D1 breast cancer cells correlate with overexpression ER-α. Epidemiological data have suggested consumption some dietary components offers beneficial health due their estrogenic activity, several classes natural products can modulate ER-α activity promote apoptosis been identified. Interference affects fine balance between death, might significant chemopreventive effects. Thus, activities compounds influence especially components, warrant thorough characterization evaluation.
