摘要: Abstract The needle-less electrospinning method is used for a preparation of carbon, carbon/nickel, carbon/nickel/nickel phosphides and carbon/nickel fibers continual length high specific surface area. prepared were produced in large scale as potential electrode material electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). polyacrylonitrile (PAN) was spun solution subsequent precursor formation. phosphoric acid 0.5 or 5 wt% added to the order increase conductivity well provide source phosphorus final fibers. exactly defined temperature schedules calcinations atmosphere suggested according results obtained from TG/DSC analysis. electrospun PAN responsible cyclization aromatization during stabilization XRD analysis confirmed formation at different molar ratio NiCl2:H3PO4. morphology, porosity position incorporated nickel nanoparticles can be designed by atmosphere. A possible mechanism nickel, nickel/nickel phosphide suggested. linear sweep voltammetry, impedance spectroscopy Tafel slopes measured 0.5 M H2SO4 that highest HER activity exhibit carbon containing after heat treatment reduction
