摘要: The new Hungarian Labour Code allows informal payments to be accepted, subject only the prior permission of employer. In Hungary, area most affected is Health Care, where medical staff are common. article assesses practice on ethical terms, focusing organisational justice. It includes an analysis distributional injustice, that is, non-equitable professionals, distribution depending specialisation and status doctor, his or her rights allocate Care resources and/or how assertive he she is.
