摘要: Abstract The infra-red spectrum of nitrogen trifluoride has been measured over the range 400–3500 cm −1 , and rotational fine structure a number bands resolved. nature this is special interest since few such studies have made with oblate symmetric tops. From parallel type bands, estimates coefficients α B relating different vibrational states, detailed study perpendicular associated ν 3 4 it possible to derive Coriolis ζ = +0·81 −0·90 other A . new values seem more satisfactory than earlier based upon unresolved band contours. due overtones, combinations difference transitions recorded assigned.
