摘要: The use of appropriate approaches to produce risk maps is critical in landslide disaster management. aim this study was investigate and compare the stability index mapping (SINMAP) spatial multicriteria evaluation (SMCE) models for modeling Rwanda. SINMAP used digital elevation model conjunction with physical soil parameters determine factor safety. SMCE method six layers conditioning factors. In total, 155 past locations were training validation. results showed that performed better than model. Thus, receiver operating characteristic three statistical estimators-accuracy, precision, root mean square error (RMSE)-were validate predictive capabilities two models. Therefore, area under curve (AUC) values 0.883 0.798, respectively, SINMAP. addition, produced highest accuracy precision 0.770 0.734, respectively. For RMSE values, prediction (0.332 0.398, respectively). overall comparison confirmed both are promising central-east Africa.
