摘要: In this paper I defend the view that counterfactual thinking depends on our causal representation of world, and in sense, argue reasoning are tightly linked. offer some criticisms experimental evidence against Mandel's judgement dissociation theory (Mandel, 2003b), which claims functional independence between process selection context selection. experiments described, manipulated elements semantics task to show cases does not occur. Experiment 1, level description target event is a list generation rating task. 2 replicates 1 findings using an alternative coding system, whereas 3 same answer format. The results support picture understanding proposed by mental models.
