摘要: Temperature dependent ion conductance in nanopores is measured a wide range of electrolyte concentrations and compared with molecular modeling. Single outer membrane protein F (OmpF) channels from E. coli are reconstituted into planar lipid bilayers. In qualitative agreement the experimental data, applied-field dynamics unraveled atomistic details transport. Comparing temperature dependence channel that bulk conductivity 0 to 90°C revealed at low salt transport mainly driven along pore surface. Increasing concentration saturates surface charge induces center nanopore. The confinement nanopore then favors formation pairs. Stepping up reduces life time pairs increases more than expected behavior.
