摘要: We present a case of myeloid metaplasia with myelofibrosis (MM/MF), tetrasomy 8 as the sole cytogenetic abnormality detected by conventional studies. Tetrasomy was also in situ interphase studies and confirmed chromosome painting metaphase. To our knowledge, this is first MM/MF 8. Noteworthy association neurofibromatosis.
