摘要: Abstract This study aims to develop a non-contact measurement technique for cardiac response that uses an infrared image of the patient's pupil. The pupil contraction rhythm is related autonomic balance and major organs (such as heart) via neural pathway. In this study, heart was determined by analyzing pupillary based on harmonic frequencies between them. Seventy undergraduate volunteers both genders, (35 females 35 males), with ages ranging 20 30 years (mean: 24.52 ± 0.64 years) were asked conduct simple conversation, perform slight movements, experience sound stimuli evoke arousal, relaxation, happiness, sadness, or neutral mood in experiment. Electrocardiograms images measured analyzed, identified determine relational response. time (heart rate (HR), beats per minute (BPM), standard deviation normal-to-normal (N N) intervals (SDNN), mean squared differences successive N-N (rMSSD), percentage difference adjacent normal interbeat (R-R) intervals > 50 (pNN50)) frequency (very low (VLF), (LF), high (HF), VLF/HF, LF/HF) parameters also observed regard effects movement, physiological state. stable, showing less significance than three conditions. Therefore, multi-cardiac measurements successfully obtained from simple, low-cost, non-invasive, data acquisition method study.
