摘要: This study aims to assess the ability of vegetable oil Pistacia lentiscus L. (lentiscus oil) in stimulating growth performance broiler chickens and protecting them against coccidiosis. For this purpose, an vitro test was first carried out evaluate destructive effect on Eimeria spp oocysts. On other hand, vivo evaluate, once again, capacity broilers reducing coccidiosis clinical signs. Thus, day old chicks were randomly divided into four equal groups: (1) uninfected not-supplemented control (NI NS); (2) supplemented S); (3) infected not (I (4) (IS). Each group three replicates containing each two subjects. The experimental groups (2 4) are with by force-feeding at rate 1 mL per from 18th until end experiment. third fourth inoculated orally sporulated oocysts (6.5 × 105 spp) 20 age. results showed that has anticoccidial dose-dependent as shown counting released substances measurement 273 nm. S) found better improvement percentage 9.14% compared (p < 0.05). Likewise, weight gain seems slightly higher than one (1316 g 1235 g, respectively) In conclusion, shown, only, a promising chickens, but also, it have protective sequels caused acervulina infection.
