摘要: The first coordination compounds of 1,2,3,4-butanetetracarboxylate anion (butca4-) the formula [M2(butca)(H2O)5]n·2nH2O [M = Mn(II) (1), Co(II) (2), and Ni(II) (3)] were prepared their X-ray crystal structures magnetic properties investigated. three complexes have a very similar two-dimensional structure which consists (4,4) networks, 1 2 being isostructural. tetracarboxylate ligand acts as 4-fold connector leading to networks metal atoms, this topology possible because its planar conformation. nodes these are formed by dinuclear motifs exhibit unusual (μ-aqua)bis(μ-carboxylate) bridging unit is analogous that observed in some molecules biological interest. variable-temperature susceptibility measurements 1−3 show antiferromagnetically coupled systems whereas 3 exhibits ferromagnetic behavior. analysis data through simple model allowe...
