摘要: In response to climate change a species may move, adapt, or go extinct. For the adaptability of population its genetic diversity is essential, but change-induced range shifts can cause loss diversity. We investigated how landscape structure affects level and distribution in metapopulations subject shifts. this we used spatially explicit, individual-based model METAPHOR which simulates metapopulation demography genetics under different temperature increase scenarios. The results indicated that increasing total habitat area enhance maintenance while they are shifting their change. However, also showed high did not prevent populations newly colonised being depleted much original therefore conclude enhancing connectivity lead delayed change, additional measures would be necessary ensure long-term conservation. Importantly, our simulations show could regarded as well-structured stable climatic conditions, inferior for conservation during shift. This important information management when developing strategies situ variation natural
