摘要: Abstract A disposable electrochemical immunosensor was established for the detection of cancer antigen 153 (CA 153) using peroxidase-like magnetic silica nanoparticles/graphene oxide composites as labels and graphene modified screen-printed carbon electrodes. The were prepared via conjugating azide-functionalized nanoparticles to acetylene-functionalized by click chemistry with a copper-catalyzed 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction. Structure characterization obtained means atomic force microscope, X-ray diffraction transmission electron microscope. showed great activity. CA fabricated sandwich method immobilizing monoclonal anti-CA antibody on attached electrode, used signal label. This simple, inexpensive, highly sensitive, selective proportional logarithm value concentration from 10 −3 200 U/mL limit 2.8 × 10 −4  U/mL. In addition, assay evaluated spiked serum samples commercially available Electrochemiluminescent Analyzer excellent correlation.
