摘要: Lymphatic vessels have been difficult to study in detail normal and tumor tissues because of the lack molecular markers. Here, monoclonal antibodies against extracellular domain vascular endothelial growth factor-C receptor that we named VEGFR-3 were found specifically stain cells lymphatic around tumors such as lymphoma situ breast carcinoma. Interestingly, spindle several cutaneous nodular AIDS-associated Kaposi's sarcomas endothelium nodules also positive.
