摘要: Remote Sensing of Sun-Induced Chlorophyll Fluorescence is a research field growing interest with the potential to provide an improved tool for monitoring plant status and photosynthetic function. The new satellite mission European Space Agency (the FLuorescence EXplorer, FLEX) will possibility estimate canopy fluorescence from space at global level. However, remote sensing techniques allow measurement emitted flux but do not direct assessment yield, which key variable linked physiological plant. In this study, we investigate impact structure on chlorophyll by analysing emission in thinning experiment corn field. It shown that apparent yield are well related leaf area index vegetation fractional cover, when divided spectral (considered as proxy structural parameters) correlation lost. This means indexes should be considered take into account spatial temporal variability biophysical parameters studies promising applications.
