摘要: Since the development of effective techniques for transvenous removal permanent pacing leads, a large volume experience regarding clinical results these has been published [1]. The different techniques, mainly differing due to type energy used dilatation, raised debate about their relative superiority. As always happens when have be analyzed, evaluated, and compared with experiences, it is difficult assess importance technique itself, operator skill experience, how those procedures are applicable physicians practice in particular field interest. This general observation particularly important regard lead extraction.
