摘要: Activated carbons prepared by chemical activation from three different types of waste woods were treated with four agents: melamine, ammonium carbamate, nitric acid, and persulfate, for the introduction nitrogen oxygen groups on surface materials. The results indicate that presence heteroatoms enhances capacitance, energy density, power density all samples. samples persulfate show maximum capacitance 290 F g−1 while acid treatments, reached capacitances values 283, 280, 455 respectively. This remarkable electro-chemical performance, as high specific can be due to several reasons: i) excellent adequate textural characteristics makes possible a large adsorption interface electrolyte form electrical double layer, leading great electrochemical layer capacitance. ii) doping hetero-atoms interaction these materials aqueous electrolyte, increasing accessibility ions. iii) also provide considerable pseudo-capacitance improving overall
