摘要: Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is one of the most important cereals in world, and extensive studies have been carried out on tissue culture transformation (see Hasezawa et al. 1989; Bajaj 1991; Uchimiya Toriyama 1991). However, rice by Agrobacterium-mediated gene transfer has not successful until recently, methods developed for were restricted to direct into protoplasts or particle bombardment DNA intact cells embryogenic callus suspension (Table 1).
