摘要: It is experimentally verified that a synchroscan streak camera, incorporating microchannel plate and synchronizing with UV picosecond pulses generated inside the cavity of mode-locked CW ring dye laser, has enough sensitivity to detect emission phenomena in region single-photon event. To demonstrate usefulness first measurement time- wavelength-resolved emissions successfully carried out for adenine polyadenylic acid aqueous solutions at room temperature, shows their shortest lifetimes, due monomer fluorescence, are 6 8 ps, respectively.
