An cruise operation is performed by the output signals from unit through clutch, solenoids in accordance with set conditions detected vehicle speed sensor valve sensor. With this construction, when above predetermined value cruising instructed, compulsorily operated locked up condition maintained during condition, thus enabling improved fuel comsumption as well power efficiency.
