摘要: Within the past two years, it has become possible to obtain high-resolution NMR spectra using automated commercial instrumentation. Software control of all spectrometer functions reduced most tedious manual operations typing a few computer commands or even making selections from menu. Addition an automatic sample changer is next natural step in improving efficiency and throughput; significant (and unexpected) impact on how laboratories are run taught. Such instrument makes sophisticated experiments routine, so that people with no previous exposure can these after training session hour less. This A/C Interface examines such instrumentation both academic industrial laboratory.
