摘要: During early pregnancy, decidual NK (dNK) cells play indispensable roles in many processes including the decidualization, implantation, and maintenance of immune tolerance. Abnormal cytotoxic activity can cause recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA), while regulatory mechanism cytotoxicity remains to be unclear. In this study, we found that kynurenine decidua villus was a comparable level between patients with RSA normal pregnancy women. However, aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) significantly increased RSA. Compared AhR- cells, activity-related molecules (NKP30, NKP46, NKG2D, perforin, granzyme B IFN-γ) highly expressed both AhR+ peripheral stimulation promoted expression killer receptors cytoplasmic granules an AhR-dependent manner. Stimulation TNF-α, IL-β LPS upregulated AhR dNK vitro. These results indicate kyn/AhR signal enhances may induction factor
