摘要: In this work we study the dynamics of a single-cavity semiconductor laser device, able to in self-pulsating regime as consequence nonlinearity distributed whole active region and driven by electromagnetic-field intensity cavity. Numerical values degree necessary establish are given which can be used for comparison with experimental measurements materials properties. The optical feedback influence on device is also studied showing how pulsation characteristics affected presence reflected signal pointing out ability cause their generation or quenching. possibility using current control switch output discussed. © Societa Italiana di Fisica.
