摘要: The 310-helix, first predicted as a reasonably stable polypeptide secondary structure fifty years ago, has only recently attracted the attention of structural biochemists and protein crystallographers. It represents third principal occurring in globular proteins been described at atomic resolution model peptides peptaibol antibiotics.
