摘要: Objective: It is known that adult attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) starts in childhood and goes on adulthood. Although the severity of symptoms ADHD decreases by growing up or change their form, problems functioning go on. The aim this study to search comorbidity degree adults with ADHD. Methods: According DSM-IV TR diognosis criteria, 40 patients (aged between 18-44, 52% male, mean age: 26.5±8.6) healty controls 18-36, 55 % aver-age 25±4.51) matched those terms age sex are taken into evaluation. Sociodemographic Data Form, SCID I, Wender Utah Rating Scale, Hamilton Depression Scale Anxiety Young Mani Social Adaptation Self-Assessment SCL-90 (Symptom Check-List) applied whom control group. Cases evaluated a second expert diagnosis. Results: Comorbidity rate ADHD, which determined SCID-I, rather high. group found most mood disorders (50%) (22.5% major depression, 22.5% bipolar disorder, 5% distimic disorder).
