摘要: The institutional landscape of K-12 educational contracting is fundamentally changing. Based on industry and district data, this study identifies three distinct shifts in the content structure interactions between suppliers instructional goods local school systems. These include i) elevation test-related services products, ii) increasing emphases technology-based solutions. iii) an expanding role for state spurring market activity. Drawing a case practice, provides evidence how broader changes are influencing activities, dilemmas responses generated by these pressures. suggests need new conceptual approaches to studying privatization that draw analysis organizations also critical questions future research.
