摘要: Introduction. A pancreatic pseudocyst (PP) with major diameter equal to 10 cm or more is called a giant pseudocyst. The ideal management for PPs controversial. Endoscopic drainage an alternative nonsurgical approach PP management. Only few cases of were reported be managed by endoscopic drainage. Case Presentation. We two following episode acute pancreatitis. Both resolved cystogastrostomy using metallic and double-pigtail stents excellent outcomes. There was no history recurrence complications on follow-up. In addition, we extensively reviewed all available literature studies presentation, management, complications. summarized presented them in comprehensive table. Conclusion. cost saving, can avoid surgical complications, offers early hospital discharge.
