摘要: The role of hole playing in improving electron injection the presence an Al2O3 layer at organic-cathode interface is discussed. It deduced that, according to model tunneling barrier reduction and carrier transporting mechanism organic light-emitting devices, will be enhanced only if holes are injected accumulated organic-buffer interface. validity this analysis well confirmed by experimental results. observed abnormal characteristic operating voltage varying with thickness efficiency improvement also explained model.
